If CalcHandbook is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of any annual renewal. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, or visit paddle.net and look up your order; or
- E-mail support@calchandbook.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if you have it.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or described in our Terms of Service (for example, if we permanently remove a substantial part of your plan). You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid year.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
